tentang mereka dan saya

I certainly want to write something here. I don't know where I should start from. Shall I start from those gentlemen who have been beaten more than once and yet still think to give some goodwill? Well certainly they're not good Samaritans =P It's just take one step back to get their way smoother in the future. In the mean time I'll keep my fingers crossed and wait for the outcome.
Next, a wise man gave me an advice to fully utilize my special "ability" =P by...... taking further studies _|¯¯|_o Until now I really have no intention to have this plan in near future. But should I????
Last, it's been a long time since the last time I remember I had girl's talk. These two days I got a chance to do so. Twice. Maybe after this I should write an email to chizcake to make it as the third one.

tentang printing
Posted by ver0n1c4 at 06:29 PM on October 9, 2006.
So we have this simple issue in the office. Somehow our relatively small department hit a very high printing and photocopying usage. So high that actually it is around double of other department's usage. Few days after the warning was sent, our boss brought up this issue in the meeting. He encouraged everyone to read softcopy as much as we can. Save money, save trees, and whatever. World peace.
Some people argued that in some cases, reading a hardcopy is certainly more effective that reading a softcopy. There was one other department which actually reduced the printing usage and they got their quality decreasing.
Well, I don't know whether there is a strong correlation between printing and quality. Anyway what I want to write here is my own experience with hardcopy and softcopy. Ever since I got my O2 mini, I stored Bible inside. I can carry it everywhere. I can read it everywhere. I even have extra space for any other book in my bag. How easy my life would be.
However I realize that's not always the case. I realize it's not always comfortable to read the softcopy. Call me old-fashioned but that's what I feel. As time goes by I realize I tend to prefer any other book in my bag rather to my O2 mini. Now I'm more curious to know how would Anna Fitzgerald's life be at My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult. So I think this printing issue have rang the bell on my head. It's time to wake up earlier and go back to my hardcopy scriptures

Tone deaf
Posted by ver0n1c4 at 06:11 PM on October 14, 2006.
Thanks to my Chinese lesson now I know that I'm tone deaf -___- Sighzzz I really can't differentiate those 4 tones at most of the times. And I wonder why don't they just create new words instead of having 4 tones for every word huhuhu. Oh for those who don't know yet, I'm taking Chinese lesson every Saturday at 11.30-1.30. Today is fourth week already.... But I can tell that Japanese is much better to my ear hehehe. Hopefully these Chinese lesson won't be useless as I really have no talent in this very language. Btw the pic at the left side is taken by Rendra using my O2 after the lesson finished. He wanted to buy PDA phone. Thus, he tested my camera. Not bad huh?
From the class, I watched World Trade Center at Suntec City. Hmmmm I would say it's not dramatic enough. Well it's based on true story so don't expect the movie to be so touching. But I like the beginning of the story which described how everyone has no idea about what's going to happen on that 11 Sept 2001. Morale of the story, make sure you have live your life well and when you reached the finish line, you will be able to look back and be satisfied.
After the movie we encountered such a stupid game where we need to form the bricks in a single line. If you have reached the top line, you will be entitled to either free handphone or free PSP. Obviously this is one of the game that you won't win easily. But still my curiosity was big enough to hold me down around 30 minutes in front of the machine watching another young man tried hard to get the prize and spent around S$40 maybe. Haha of course I also tried myself until I reached S$9 and told myself that it's time to stop. I think I would like to have similar machine for myself and have a lot of people played with it. Easy money huh? =P

Kembali Ke Dunia Nyata
Posted by ver0n1c4 at 11:36 AM on October 27, 2006.

IGCF camp baru aja lewat minggu lalu. Banyak extra work and urusan2 lainnya. Tapinya untunglah gue salah.
See? Cuman kamar mandinya agak ga bagus aja. Tapi gapapa lah ga sampe jerawatan hee hee.
Cuman waktu belum mengijinkan >.<
Then, acaranya sendiri itu ga packed sama sekali. And seperti biasa Kak Pet main gitar and kita nyanyi lagu2 pop Indo and lagu2 perjuangan.
Ga beli banyak sih since udah cape juga. So? Don't miss our next IGCF camp (if any) It won't be long till we realize we might not be able to join this kind of activity. Youth time is so short anyway =P
