February again!

it's February again people! I just can't believe 1/12 of 2008 has just gone. This is my favorite month when we have the least number of days to work... Look at this year... Oh my this is a Leap Year! haha so we have 29 days, minus 8 days for weekends, and I will go home today all the way until 12 Feb. So another 7 days gone. Well in fact today, with all my luggage beside me, I don't feel like working... So this month I will only work for 14 days!
Alright enough about the non-sense. I've been busy with after-work activities... that's why this blog is a bit neglected hehehe... On Tuesday, Merry and I went to Marina Square for haircut. You know, journey to Marina Square is not easy. We have to go through Citylink which has a lot of temptations. And yeah we were stucked at Sixties because of its 50% discount (Some of the girls even went in to the shop and screamed "50%!!!!" ). Luckily I am not alone. In the end we manage to go out from the shop without buying anything =P
Then on Wednesday I had this Kairos session at NTU. Errrr it reminds me that I haven't done the homework yet.... And I will come back here on 12 Feb midnight.... Hopefully I can do it before the next course on 13 evening -___- And yesterday I went to China Town to buy some food for Chinese New Year. People are really crazy. I saw at least 3 long queues to buy bah-gua (2 at Lim Chee Guan and 1 at Kim Hwa Guan) and they said those people in front have been queueing for 3 hours. So in the end I bought the not-so-popular brand recommended by my friend. And good things about it, they gave me S$5 off with DBS/POSB credit card hohohoho
One more thing I want to write is about people with no manner. I hate those people who inconsiderately listening to the music loudly in MRT or bus. Or those who spit on the floor at public places. And I saw lots of them yesterday!!!! Sighzzz.....
Never mind I'm going home this evening. Happy Chinese New Year everyone. Hope you all have fun like I will! ^.^

Happy Chinese New Year semuanya. Happy Valentine juga hehehe. Chinese New Year taon ini istimewa buat gue dan angkatan gue tentunya... Well selain banjir di Jakarta yang bikin gue terpaksa bengong di salah satu cafe di airport Soekarno Hatta dari tgl 1 Feb 2008 jam 8 malem sampe 2 Feb 2008 jam 7 pagi sambil dengerin lagu murahan yang entah dinyanyikan oleh sapa, herannya ada yang beli pula, berhubung ga bisa dijemput and ga ada taksi jg buat menuju Jakarta.... yang berakibat gue sakit pas liburan dan ga bisa makan jco and ikan rica2 banyak2 huhuhu.... taon ini adalah taon tikus!!!!
Artinya gue dah 2 kali menjalani perputaran show yang jumlahnya 12 binatang lu.... nah itu yang jadi topik pembicaraan gue sama my birkin-to-be sister (since we can't afford our own birkin now, we shd be happy with being The Chanel sisters hehehe)... udah 2 kali perputaran show kita dah ngapain aja nih.... kalo ga skrg mo serius masa mo tunggu perputaran ketiga yang bikin umur kita dah 36 (omg jgn sampe deh)
jadi buat semua yang baca ini, gue yakin kita seumuran (ya plus minus 3 lah ya), ayo semangattttt.... wakakakaka

yeah it's coming back to town!!! mPhosis sale up to 70% off islandwide. this afternoon I went shopping with Merry to buy birthday present to one of our friends =P based on last time experience, we went to Citylink to catch the SALE season (u know, who knows we can get those 50% from Sixties haha). But mphosis is messier then ever... all the clothes from any colours just hanging side by side waiting for us to go home ^.^
So we went through all of them one by one and found nice stuff at a good price for each of us and our friend whose birthday is coming soon *lalala* I am so happy.

Needs

Since my birthday is coming soon, some of my friends start asking what I want (wishlist). Instead of calling it wishlist, I would say I need a new and nice camera. I am eyeing on one particular model, but I don't think I will put it here. I think I will buy it myself (90% sure hehehe). Other than that, I really can't think of anything else I would want for my upcoming birthday present. So yeah for those of u who have been thinking of giving me something, thanks! It's wonderful to have friends like u ^.^
I think God has been so good and gracious to me. He simply gave me all I need even before I asked for it. I had exciting holidays, peaceful stay with my family (we are growing closer and closer since last holiday. It is something big for me since it's been 2.5 yrs since the last time we are together as a family), enough time to think about my future, and more to come I believe.
Well you might ask, what about clothes, shoes, and bags that I usually love so much? Seeing my wardrobe and shoe rack I believe it's a sign not to shop anymore for the time being. I really have no idea how to arrange all of them. Fiuhhhhh...... And about gadget? If you're constant reader, you would know that now I have 2 amazing mobile phones, 1 cool Meizu, a harddisk with card reader casing, and a lovely PC. What more could I ask? 
It feels so good to be contented. So please just pray for me so that I could pass this year with The Lord leads me all the way.

Sony Ericsson W910 snatches Best Handset award

The Sony Ericsson W910 Walkman phone is the best handset for 2007, and we have the GSM Association's word on that. The high-end music handset won a tight group of nominees in the Best Mobile Handset or Device category.
Busy as we've been giving you the future stars, the 13th Annual Global Mobile Awards of the GSM Association proved a more than welcome chance to slow down and look back at the time-tested achievers, which back in 2007 used to have the spotlight all to themselves.

Well, last night in Barcelona it was less about the star debuts, as the GSM association announced the winners in fifteen categories. Quite as expected, we were keen to see who walks with the gold in the Best Mobile Handset or Device. It was a tight game with 3 Skypephone, LG KU990 Viewty, Nokia 6500 classic and Samsung G600 putting pressure on the Walkman W910.

The judges believed Sony Ericsson W910 deserved the Best Mobile Handset or Device title for being "… a superb all-rounder. A compelling, easy to use design that has captured the imagination of consumers around the world in 2007." For what we made of it back in the day, please feel free to revisit our extended Sony Ericsson W910 review.
The Best Mobile Handset or Device category was the only one with a consolation prize. Hutchison 3 and Skype were given a good pat on the shoulder as their 3 Skypephone got highly commended. The judges appreciated that "… in addition to the headline Skype service, the phone offers extremely good value for money with a wide range of features not previously seen at this price point."

As stated before, I need a new digicam. Previously I was almost sure that I will buy one particular model. But now I am quite confused. So before the upcoming IT show, please give me your input.
Some criterias: must be good looking =P and not bulky, good for night mode, anti blur, not too expensive....

CNY, Valentine, Idol, The Nanny

Entry ini bakalan ngoceh2 ga jelas juntrungannya.... CNY berlangsung seperti biasa.... makan malem d rumah sama keluarga satu aunt dr Papa and satu uncle dr Mama.... Shark's fin, babi kaki, ikan, ayam goreng, kuah fish maw, etc yang enakkkkkkkkkkkkkkk *huhuhu mau lagi*. Besoknya ada keluarga dari Papa yang biasa datengnya malem tapi berhubung lg musim banjir jd serem takut tiba2 kebanjiran and mobil mogok malah berabe. Terus siangnya lanjut ke keluarga Mama dan ngobrol2 ampe sore. Terus sorenya jalan2 ama sepupu dehhh....
Omset taon ini menurun... entah kenapa... anyway masih cukup lah buat mencukupi blanja2 gue di Indo.... gile ya mall Indo itu ga kalah mahal dr SG. makan aja bisa mahal banget... komik jg jadi 12 ribu... haiz... untungnya masih ada persediaan cash dr angpao taon lalu *lol* gue beli bbrp CD yang katanya lg nge-trend d Indo.... Ungu, Nidji, and bbrp CD campuran.... hohoho
Valentine... sepertinya valentine taon ini berlangsung bahagia buat beberapa orang di sekitar gue hihi... ya selamat aja deh =P gue sendiri valentine dinner ama Marlene yang sama2 "single" di hari itu -___-
Jadi gue sengaja ke JP krn harusnya ga gt rame kan.... bukannya anak2 NTU dan sekitarnya pastinya dah bosen ama itu mall ya jadinya gue pikir di hari istimewa pasti ke city ato holland V ato kmana kek... eh ternyata rame jg... kesel liatnya kalo byk orang haha... ya nasib deh d SG.... ga ada hiburan selain mall.... tapi kita jadinya makan di Fish n Co yang duduk di balkon lantai atas itu... abis males nunggu dpt kursi di dalem...
Menunya khusus Valentine gitu... cuman ada 4-5 macem haha... terus dapet coklat "1 for me 1 for you" alamak.... berhubung gue lagi baru sembuh sakit jadinya gue kgk makan deh ^.^ Begitulah seputar Valentine taon ini
Balik lg ke CD2 Indo itu.... baru sempet denger Ungu berhubung kalo di rumah skrg sibuk nonton Ugly Betty Season 1. Rada ketinggalan, I know. Tapi berhubung udah download ya lanjutin aja.... Gue berasa ini gaya telenovela banget *emank dr telenovela si* jadi kurang greget gitu *sssaaaahhhhh* Selain itu jg nonton American Idol yang Hollywood week and Top 24 result. Yang sebelon2nya dah ga bother buat nonton lagi deh... ga sempet.... Yang minggu ini aja nonton gara2 kmrn nekad sewa "The Nanny" Season 1. Yang udah jaman jebot itu loh haha... tp gara2 kmrn ini pulang Indo and nonton di Hallmark Channel tiba2 pengen nonton lg....
Kemaren udah kelar 4 dr 22 episodes *kiasuuuu* lucu banget yang pas "How now brown cow" itu ahahahhaha. Btw buat Idol gue mau belain Ramielle ah... cakep and sweet sih =P And denger2 kmrn dia dipuji Simon lalala
